Zieleinlauf im Daimlerstadion.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Am vergangenen Sonntag habe ich beim Stuttgart Lauf (PSD-Bank Lauf) \u00fcber 7,5km teilgenommen. Ich habs durchgehalten, meine Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit betrug 10,71 km\/h, schneller als jeder Trainingslauf und der Einlauf in der Mercedes Benz Arena war sehr motivierend f\u00fcr einen Endspurt \ud83d\ude42 Gebraucht habe ich f\u00fcr das ganze 42:01 Minuten und wurde damit 241. von 1400 Teilnehmern in meiner Klasse M30 (Senioren!).<\/p>\n<p>Ab Mittwoch soll es den Finisherclip geben, ich werde ihn euch hier bereitstellen, bin selbst gespannt wie ich aussehe, v\u00f6llig ersch\u00f6pft nach dem Lauf und keineswegs darauf bedacht ein gutes Bild zu machen \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Achja, vielen Dank an meine Frau, die in der Arena auf mich gewartet und angefeuert hat, i\u2764u.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am vergangenen Sonntag habe ich beim Stuttgart Lauf (PSD-Bank Lauf) \u00fcber 7,5km teilgenommen.
